I realize personal growth comes with age but, customers expect a certain amount of respect at working with your office and have come to age to recognize rudeness and don't need it because they do not treat people that way. Also by not associating with rudeness can keep the best outlook as not to be drawn into the melodrama. Like which your office offers.
